Course Overview

A real estate appraiser's marketing materials are often the first evidence that a client has of a real estate appraiser's skills. A client can decide for or against using a professional's services on the basis of these materials.

This course covers developments in new technologies for business communications. Using Microsoft Publisher as well as other technological tools this course explores graphics technologies. Course participants will develop the skill level to utilize these tools to create their own professional materials such as business cards, Newsletters, Signs, Letterhead, Logos, and present a consistent message to their clients and better serve the public.
