Course Overview

Learn to create electronic forms. Electronic forms can save hours of duplicated effort in a work group and can help manage information. This course also covers advanced features in Report writing including Heading Styles, formatting, graphics, captions, creating automatic Table of Contents and Indexes.

This is an advanced level course designed to make the user more efficient and increase productivity.  Time permitting, we apply table capabilities to the creation of newsletters or announcements.

We covers topics such as editing and reviewing tools, version tracking, adding comments electronically, Dictionaries and language tools. We also look at using an address database to create phone lists or mailings and creating labels and envelopes (mail merge).  Other topics covered include simple Macros.

This course saves the user time, help organize documents and makes the user more efficient.
